SOUTH ROSE HILL/BRIDLE TRAILS NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION

Executive Committee Meeting – Wednesday, March 16, 2005

President Bruce Feuling called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m.

EQUESTRIAN OVERLAY – The Neighborhood Association is putting together a letter to the City Council proposing the establishment of an Equestrian Advisory Board (EAB).  The EAB would review all permits and applications that fall within the Equestrian Overlay to ensure that they not only comply with current City code, but that they are also in keeping with the uniqueness of the Equestrian Overlay. 

TENT CITY 4 - After a discussion about Tent City 4, it was decided that due to the limited notification, the South Rose Hill Bridle Trails Neighborhood Association would be unable to provide a representative for the meeting at the church scheduled for Monday, March 21^st.  Bruce will contact Reverend Jim to advise him.  Bruce will also invite him to the Kirkland City Council meeting to be held at Rose Hill Elementary on Tuesday, March 22^nd, and to the SRHBTNA General Membership Meeting on Tuesday, May 10^th.

The meeting was adjourned at 9:20 p.m.
