Board of Directors Meeting

December 14, 2004

In Attendance:

Bruce Feuling called the meeting to order at 7:10.

Agenda for this meeting:

The agenda for the January 2005 meeting was discussed.  Agenda items include:

which sold the 2 largest parcels for the park?)

The Board had a discussion about the success of the 2004 NA picnic and the importance of having a committee for organizing the 2005 NA picnic.  Board sentiment seems to be that a Board member should chair the committee.  We need a volunteer!

Other items discussed at the meeting:

Sound Transit may be starting work in 2005 on 124th between 80th and 85th; how will this impact the new park, if at all?  A couple of people are working on this.  (names?  Did not get at meeting)

The Board voted to discontinue having Chairpersons from other neighborhood associations speak at our general meetings

There was mention of doing some landscaping around the new neighborhood sign at 70th and 116th.

The Bridle Trails Foundation would like to make a presentation at the March general meeting.

The meeting was adjourned at about 8:30.

Respectfully Submitted,

 Barbara K. Jones,

Acting Secretary
