Treasurer’s Report/City of Kirkland Grant - Treasurer Barb Jones presented the 2007/2008 N.A. budget and a discussion was held on how the City grant money is to be spent, including a carryover amount. Suggestions included:

Rosetrails Website
Update our N.A. Banner with new lettering ("The pole" will be relocated to the apartments just west of Pagliaci’s.)
SRHBTNA Picnic - The Picnic was a huge success but needs additional funding to expand. There are certain required expenses, like the Port-a-potty
$240). In addition, planned expenses will include hot dogs, buns, condiments, and chips. Snow cones were a big hit so we’ll need to include snow cone machine rental again. It was requested to include helium balloon and also inflatable entertainment (approximately $600). The food budget is estimated to be approximately $600 also. It was agreed upon to hold a neighborhood volleyball tournament at the picnic, with approximately $100 to be spent on a N.A. trophy.2008 SRHBTNA Meetings - Arrangements have been confirmed with the Lake Washington United Methodist Church for our general membership meetings to be held on the second Tuesday of the months of January, March, May, September, and November, beginning at 7:00 p.m. The 2008 dates for these meetings are:
